Venture Resource Associates, Inc., provides complete design
project management services to Commercial, Corporate, Institutional, Religious and Retail
clients. Our extensive experience in retail, mixed use, religious and
commercial projects is derived from our many years of hands-on
development and construction experience, backed by our detailed
research, project programming process and client focused Integrated
Building Delivery
methodology.
VRA Architects is a medium sized, fully automated professional firm that has
been specialized in multiple projects of all sizes. We have been fortunate
to have collaborated with a variety of great clients in the creation of
successful and innovative environments.
Our staff consists of experienced licensed Architects, Engineers,
Project Managers, Construction Managers, Interior Designers and our own
in-house Development & Project Management Consultants. Using a systematic approach, we
research the issues impacting the goals of our client and cooperatively
develop the best design recommendations & Integrated Building Delivery
Process to implement their goals.
This philosophy and process results in cost-effective facilities,
tailored to our clients specific needs, completed on time and within
